Best Breakfast Pancakes

2 cups flour (whole wheat is best)
1 T. baking powder
1 pinch salt

2 cups milk
1/2 cup safflower (or canola) oil
3 eggs
2 T. honey

Mix dry ingredients together, add milk, oil, eggs, honey.  Stir with a whisk until liquid is smooth.  Cook on griddle (or frying pan) heated to 350 degrees.
